Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
❌ Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless received damaged or defective:
Perishable goods (food, groceries, dairy items)
Personal care & hygiene products
Innerwear / intimate products
Digital products or gift cards
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details in your email:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos or video (in case of damage/defect)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Replacement Policy
If you choose a replacement, the new product will be shipped after verification
Replacement delivery time may vary based on location and stock availability
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your bank or payment provider

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
