We currently ship across India

International shipping is not available at this time

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout

Free shipping offers may apply on selected products or order values

Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected products and locations

Superbazar reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pincodes

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

You can track your order using the provided tracking link

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery is delayed, our support team will assist you

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply

Shipping address can be changed only before dispatch

Once shipped, address changes are not possible
